This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver your orders safely and on time across Pakistan.

We want to make your shopping experience simple, safe, and stress-free.

1. Delivery Areas (Pakistan Only)

We deliver to all cities of Pakistan, including:

  • Karachi
  • Lahore
  • Islamabad / Rawalpindi
  • Peshawar
  • Quetta
  • Faisalabad
  • Multan
  • Sialkot
  • And all small towns & villages.

If your location is serviceable by courier, we can deliver it.

2. Delivery Time

Our normal delivery time is:

  • 2 to 5 working days for major cities
  • 3 to 7 working days for other areas and villages.

During sales or bad weather, delivery may take a little extra time.
We always try our best to deliver as fast as possible.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.

COD Rules:

  • You can open the parcel before payment
  • Check the product properly
  • If everything is correct → Pay the rider
  • If the product is wrong/damaged → You can return it on the spot.

This is part of our honesty and Islamic business practice.

4. Shipping Charges

We try to keep delivery charges low and fair.

  • Standard delivery charges apply (shown at checkout)
  • If you return the product after receiving it, only return delivery charges will apply

We do not charge hidden fees.

5. Order Confirmation

After you place your order on YasirShop:

  • You will get a confirmation message
  • Our team will call or WhatsApp you
  • After your confirmation, we ship your parcel
  • You will get updates until delivery.

Please keep your phone available so the courier can contact you.

6. Tracking Information

Once your parcel is shipped:

  • We will send you a tracking link (if available)
  • You can check your parcel status anytime
  • Courier rider will call you on the delivery day.

7. Wrong Address / Phone Number Issue

Please enter:

  • Correct name
  • Correct address
  • Active phone number.

If the address or phone number is incorrect, delivery may get delayed or canceled.

8. Delivery Attempts

Courier riders usually make:

  • 2 attempts to deliver your order
  • If you miss both attempts, the parcel may return to us.

You can always request re-delivery by contacting us.

9. Damaged or Wrong Product on Delivery

If you receive:

  • Wrong product
  • Damaged item
  • Something missing.

You can immediately tell the rider.
You are allowed to return it on the spot before payment.
