This policy is for all orders placed on YasirShop.com.

1. Check Parcel Before Payment (COD Orders)

If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • You can open the parcel and check the product BEFORE paying.
  • If everything is correct, then you can pay.
  • If the product is wrong, damaged, broken, or missing, you can return it on the spot.
  • No payment is needed if the product is not correct.

This is our trust and honesty rule.

 

 


 

 

2. You Can Return Your Product (Within 2 Days)

After receiving your order, you can request a return within 2 days if:

  • You got the wrong product
  • The product is damaged or not working
  • The product looks different from the pictures
  • Size or color is not correct (if applicable)

Important:
The product must be in original condition, with the box and all accessories.

 

 


 

 

3. Return Delivery Charges

  • If you return the product after receiving it,
    you only need to pay the return delivery charges.

(We do not charge anything extra or hidden.)

 

 


 

 

4. Refund Policy

There are two cases:

A) If You Did NOT Pay (COD Check Issue):

  • No payment needed
  • No charges
  • Courier will take the parcel back
  • No return fee

B) If You Already Paid:

  • We will refund your money within 3–7 working days
  • Refund will be sent through:
  • Bank account
  • JazzCash / Easypaisa
  • Or other agreed method.

We never keep hidden fees.

 

 


 

 

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Used personal care items
  • Undergarments
  • Opened beauty tools
  • Items damaged by misuse.

(If we sent a faulty item by mistake, we will replace it for you.)

 

 


 

 

6. Exchange Option

You can also choose an exchange instead of a refund.

  • You can exchange the item with the same product or another product
  • We will adjust the price difference if needed.

 

 


 

 

7. How to Request a Return or Refund
